Behrens Sharp was established in 1962 specialising in retail property investments – purchasing, sales, letting and management.
We offer direct management of commercial property and general professional advice in all aspects of commercial property. We also purchase and manage for a number of properties in house companies.
The company is run by Richard Sharp - a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors - a global professional body that represents, regulates and promotes chartered surveyors and technical surveyors.

- Commercial development opportunities in England up to £20,000,000 Preference for retail but mixed use also considered.
